CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />RESOLUTION <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk Riverenter into MnDOT Agreement No.1044570with the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation for the following purposes: <br />To provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's share of the costs of the grading, concrete and <br />bituminous surfacing, ADA improvements, signal systems, and lighting construction and other associated <br />construction to be performed upon, along, and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from Simonet Drive to Lowell <br />Avenue within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 7102-135 (T.H. 10=003). <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the <br />(Title) <br />are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the Council of the City of Elk <br />River at an authorized meeting held on the day of <br />, 20 , as shown by the minutes of the meeting in my possession. <br /> <br />Subscribed and sworn to me this <br />(Signature) <br /> day of , 20 <br /> <br />(Type or Print Name) <br />Notary Public <br /> <br />My Commission Expires <br />(Title) <br /> <br />
