Open and close the public hearing. <br />2. Adopt, by motion, an ordinance approving the 2021 Master Fee Schedule. <br />3. Adopt, by motion, a resolution for summary publication of the ordinance. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Labor Rates <br />Various general labor fees are adjusted to reflect current labor costs more accurately within the respective <br />departments. Fees adjusted are Police Reserve and Off Duty Officer Services. <br /> <br />Compost Site Fees (page 3) <br />Not previously listed in the schedule and set by Sherburne County. <br /> <br />Garbage, Sewer and Stormwater Fees (pages 3 & 7) <br />Council reviewed during budget discussions. <br /> <br />Elk River Municipal Utilities (Exhibit A) <br />ERMU Commission adopted their fees in November.
