This position was discussed with the council during the July 27, 2020, budget work session and <br />a draft position description was provided to council with the September 8, 2020, budget memo. <br /> <br />This position is designed to assist both the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Technician by <br />scheduling interviews and training, responding to data request, managing filing system and assisting with record <br />retention including the scanning and filing of documents, posting open positions in newspapers and online <br />sources, and committee involvement among other things. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />This is a budgeted position. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Sufficient staffing will support the mission of appropriately governing in an ever-changing environment.
