EDA approval of a deed transferring ownership of certain parcels to the <br />city. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to adopt Resolution 20-71 vacating roadway and drainage and utility <br />easements within the plat of Orono Park Addition with the condition that the <br />resolution will not be recorded prior to the Council approval of the Final Plat <br />of Orono Park Addition. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) authorizing the <br />expansion of the city -owned public safety building. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.5 Ordinance Amendment: City of Elk River regarding signage on wind <br />turbines <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember Ovall <br />to adopt Ordinance 20-15 amending City Code Section 30-804, wind turbines. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.6 Conditional Use Permit: Operate Tap Room/Continue Brewing <br />Operations, Aegir Brewing, 19050 Industrial Blvd <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Timothy Jones and Jeremy Jones, the applicants, were in attendance. <br />Jeremy Jones felt that most of the conditions could be met but asked for some <br />modifications. He wished to know if the April 1, 202,1 deadlines could be pushed <br />later or stipulate "weather permitting". For condition 10, he wanted to create <br />temporary posts in the paved area that can be removed for snow plowing and <br />extended events. For condition 14, he wanted to remove the limitation of dogs on <br />the premises. He also mentioned, in condition 11, there have been no noise <br />complaints from the other tenants in the building, so he doesn't feel like sound <br />attenuation needs to be addressed. <br />p 0 V I a k I I <br />NATURE <br />
