<br />Jared has served as the City Engineer for the City of Rockford since 2013 and has
<br />served as the Assistant City Engineer for several other communities. In the past
<br />thirteen years, he managed numerous projects for cities, private companies, and
<br />agencies. He has experience in the public processes and has been involved in
<br />several infrastructure planning, stormwater management, construction projects,
<br />and GIS mapping projects. Jared has led numerous infrastructure projects
<br />affecting the general public involving local, county, and state infrastructure. He
