BKV <br />I PROJECT EXPERIENCE c R o u P <br />TYPE WRIGHT COUNTY/FBI JOINT TACTICAL TRAINING <br />Law Enforcement Training Facility FACILITY <br />SIZE <br />BUFFALO, MINNESOTA <br />22,000 SF <br />COST <br />Through a joint venture between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and <br />$7.39 M <br />Wright County, this new facility includes a variety of essential services to <br />support proper training practices for law enforcement agencies. Four groups <br />SCOPE <br />of outdoor firing ranges are provided each with appropriate ammunition <br />Architecture, Interior Design, <br />traps. The new site accommodates a 300-yard sniper range, a 30-lane 50- <br />Mechanical and Electrical <br />yard pistol range, a 20-lane 50-yard pistol range, a control tower, and a three <br />Engineering, Structural <br />sided 'primitive' range. The new building includes an Emergency Operations <br />Engineering, Landscape <br />Center, training/classrooms, a use of force training room, a backup dispatch <br />Architecture <br />center for the County, locker rooms, vehicle parking and other associated <br />storage. Space is being planned for 6 lane indoor firing range to be added in <br />OWNER'S CONTACT <br />the future. The second floor of the building provides reconfigurable tactical <br />Alan Wilczek <br />training space that can be arranged in different ways to accommodate a <br />Wright County Facilities Services <br />wide range of active training scenarios. <br />Director <br />10 2nd St. NW, Room 235 <br />Utilizing simple and durable materials inside and out and designed with <br />Buffalo, MN 55313 <br />security and longevity in mind, this tactical training center should serve both <br />763.682.7382 <br />the FBI and County for many years to come with minimal maintenance <br />needed.
