The plat establishes 20 lots south of the large power line easement. Staff has discussed a per lot fee to <br />fund the future crossing of the Trott Brook, which will ultimately extend Twin Lakes Parkway from <br />Miske Meadows to Twin Lakes Estates. The fee will begin to fund the developer's portion of the <br />connection between the two developments. This connection is an important east -west roadway that <br />improves pedestrian and vehicular movements in an area of the city that lacks important connections, and <br />the current subdivision begins to lay the groundwork for that connection.
