The proposed interim use is consistent n ith the City of Elk River Comprehensive Plan and conforms to the city's Zoning <br />regulations. <br />The use is within the rural residential land use designation of the Comprehensive Plan and includes a target <br />density of one dwelling unit per 2.5 acres of land. Including the two properties owned by the applicant, the <br />density would be approximately one dwelling unit per 3.16 acres — within the guidance of the comprehensive <br />plan.
