For some, the financial <br />stress that they’ve experienced will go on for some time. Local government can play a role <br />in providing support. <br />We foresee the likelihood that a federal infrastructure bill will be passed in 2021 with the <br />purpose of stimulating economic recovery. Preparing one or more projects so they are <br />ready to go would increase the likelihood that an Elk River project is awarded funds. <br />
