<br />Affidavit of Publication <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />)ss. <br />COUNTY OF SHERBURNE) <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 88-97 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY <br />, OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />OF ELK RIVER ORDERING A <br />PRELIMINARY FEASmILITY <br />REPORT IN THE MATTER OF <br />TYLER STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />OF 1988 <br />WHEREAS the City has determined <br />that it should consider improving cer. <br />tain property by street reconstruction <br />of Tyler Street between County Road <br />13 and County Road 33 (the improve- <br />ment); and <br />WHEREAS Council must fll"St secure <br />a preliminary feasibility study in order <br />to consider making the improvement; <br />'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE- <br />SOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Elk River, Minnesota: . <br />" This matter shall be referred to Maler <br />Stewart & Associates, Inc. who is re- <br />qUested to provide to the City Council a <br />report advising, in a preliminary way, <br />whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and whether the improvement <br />should thus be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improve- <br />ment and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Passed and adopted this 21 day of <br />November, 1988. <br />Estelle E.
