The <br />opaque fence will improve safety of the chickens from predators and neighboring animals (e.g., dogs) by <br />eliminating them from view. Staff is open to discussing additional screening or secondary fences and <br />landscaped buffers, but would like the Planning Commission's and public's feedback.
