<br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Accepting Bid for
<br />the Windsor Park 3rd Addition Sewer Extension Project
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Windsor Park 3rd Addition
<br />Sewer Extension project, for the improvement of a gravity sanitary sewer, a lift station, and
<br />a forcemain from the Great Northern Trail to the Windsor Park 3rd Addition along Ranch
<br />Road. Bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following
<br />bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
<br />River, Minnesota, as follows:
<br />The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
<br />contract with G.F. Jedlicki Inc. of Chanhassen, MN in the name of the city of Elk
<br />River for the improvement of a gravity sanitary sewer, a lift station, and a forcemain
<br />from the Great Northern Trail to the Windsor Park 3rd Addition along Ranch Road
<br />according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the city council and on
<br />file in the office of the city clerk.
