We went to market and <br />received 22 applications. We interviewed six candidates and following background, pre-employment testing, and <br />reference calls, recommend Justin Turner for the position. <br /> <br />Mr. Turner was attending the Water and Wastewater program at St. Cloud Technical College when he heard about <br />our opportunity. He worked seasonally at the City of Sauk Rapids in the Water/Wastewater Department and did a <br />water internship with Elk River Municipal Utilities. Mr. Turner has a technical degree in Marine Technology and <br />worked as a watercraft mechanic in Milwaukee. He holds his Class B Commercial Driver’s License and will have a <br />plow route for the city. <br /> <br />Mr. Turner will start at step A of pay grade 5N.
