Staff approval of all site, engineering, and platting documents. <br /> u <br /> CR 33 <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> The applicant,Tall Pine Holdings,is seeking approval of a plat to <br /> place eight townhome units (four twin homes) onto their own <br /> parcels. The twin home development was approved in 2019 as a RR <br /> PUD and is permitted under the current zoning and building codes. <br /> To address taxing and address concerns the applicant is now seeking Hwy io <br /> to plat the homes which are already under construction • CR 12 <br /> Comprehensive Plan <br /> The Comprehensive Plan guides this area for mixed uses which <br /> allows for high density residential uses.
