I have a <br />current active lease until Oct,2021. I have some concerns that I <br />would like addressed in regards to this. I was just made aware of <br />this meeting. Is this a possibility? We operate a Medical <br />Transport company and to have a live active bar on the property <br />with a daycare and alcohol is not something that is ideal for any <br />of the businesses in the building. We are unable to acquire <br />another lease at the as rents are triple what our current one is <br />and with COVID our business of transporting special needs <br />individuals has had a decrease. We have seen some increase <br />but even with that its not enough to take on a lease at double to <br />triple of what we pay now. There is also going to be a ton of <br />construction which does not demonstrate quiet enjoyment.
