Specifically, the <br />applicant must provide architectural plans demonstrating how the interior <br />of the building will function as it relates to existing tenants and building/fire <br />codes. <br />Due to the limited time between the October 5, 2020, and October 19, <br />2020, council meetings, staff gave the applicant until October 16, 2020, at <br />10:00 a.m. to submit plans for an architectural review. <br />Staff did not receive plans by the noted deadline, and recommends <br />continuing the public hearing to November 2, 2020, to provide additional <br />time for the submittal and review of required building plans. <br />Public Comments <br />Staff has received additional information from the tenants located in the building on the subject parcel.
