If there are minor changes, the <br />council can act on the item November 2, 2020. If the layout changes significantly from when the Planning <br />Commission reviewed the Conditional Use Permit (CUP), staff will readvertise the project and bring the CUP <br />back to the Planning Commission on November 24, 2020, and to the City Council on December 7, 2020. <br />Planning Commission <br />While no spoke for or against the project, an email was received from a resident regarding the project.
