While their <br />building expansion project is permitted as a Conditional Use in the R2-a district, rezoning of the parcels will be <br />consistent with the surrounding zoning, alleviating concerns with spot zoning. <br />The subject area has an underlying land use designation of Mississippi Connections which is consistent with the R1-c <br />zoning district. The rezoning would be consistent with the City of Elk River Land Use Plan. <br />Planning Commission <br />While no spoke for or against the project, an email was received from a resident regarding the project.
