Remove existing equipment, disconnect hot water, chilled water lines and DX lines for re-use on new <br />equipment <br />B. Units shall be in the same location as existing <br />a. To get new units into the penthouse, remove existing OA louvers, stucco walls from corner to <br />expansion joint <br />b. Wall area 5’ High by 21’ Long <br />c. Two louvers (28” x 88” each) <br />d. Replace wall as needed and replace stucco with metal sheeting to match new outdoor air <br />louvers <br />C. Replace unit with new unit, see attached schedule <br />D. Reconnect the supply and return ductwork, hot water lines, and chilled water lines <br />E. Reuse existing AFMS <br />F. Provide any new disconnects as needed for this scope <br />G. RTU-7 <br />a. Replace some of the hot water piping as noted on the drawings. <br />b. New hot water piping shall go into new roof curb / adaptor for hot water coil <br />c. Install new controls provided 2 way valve for new unit. <br />d. Condenser shall be located in same location as old. <br />e. Provide and install new refrigeration lines for unit and condenser <br />Electrical: <br />A. Disconnect equipment for Mechanical Contractor to remove. <br />B. Provide electrical power for the new equipment <br />Controls: <br />A. Disconnect any controls from the equipment <br />B. All AHU’s will have VFD’s on them <br />C. Provide new Controls for the new equipment – Field Mounted Controls <br /> <br /> <br />Ice Rink – Dry Event AHU Replacement: Contractor to replace existing dehumidification unit with new heating <br />and cooling unit for dry floor space. <br />EXHIBIT A Page 5 of 13 <br /> <br />
