<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />September 6, 1943 <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Elk River Village Council was held in the Municipal building on <br />September 6, 1943 <br /> <br />Members present Shadick, Leger, Bailey, and Briggs. <br /> <br />Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. <br /> <br />Motion by Leger, seconded by Shadick that application of W. Lindenfelser be reconsidered and <br />passed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Shadick and seconded by Leger that $10.00 a month be allowed for school patrol. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Leger and seconded by Shadick that John Bither be allowed $5.00 a month for taking <br />care of flag in park.
