Four bids <br />were received ranging from $164,900 to $455,000. The low bid was submitted by Elevation Coating, LLC. <br />The contractor will begin work on the project next spring depending on weather, and once they begin work the <br />project must be completed within 45-days. <br />Financial Impact <br />The city received a grant from the Minnesota Historical Society to cover a significant portion of the project.
