All conditions of approval for the associated preliminary plat (P j 20-05) shall be satisfied. 2. All conditions for approval for the Conditional Use Permit (CU 20-0) authorizing development of the property, including execution of the Amended Planned Unit Development I Agreement shall be satisfied. 3. Park Dedication fee shall be paid in the amount required by the s�d city at the time the Final Plat is released for recording. 4. Grading, erosion control plan and development plans be approved by the Public Works Director prior to the issuance ofH`i building permits. 5. All need to be certified to the issuance of - ? Background/Discussion Case No. P 20-05 'A�y 69 On July 20, 2020, the City Council approved, by consent, an easement ` vacation for the CommonBond apartment project. Listed in the Item Description of the staff memo was also the Final Plat. The final plat Figure I - - was not part of that approval process. The applicant is requesting final plat approval for a single lot to construct an apartment building. The preliminary plat was approved by Council on July 6, 2020, and the Final Plat is consistent with that approval.
