NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br />Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Economic Development Authority <br />for the City of Elk River, Minnesota (the "EDA") will meet at or after 5:30 p.m. on September 21, 2020, <br />at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing on <br />the proposed sale of real property owned by the EDA and located at 17565 Tyler Street in the City of Elk <br />River, Sherburne County, Minnesota to Shoot Steel, Inc. The property is legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Northstar Business Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Sherburne County, <br />Minnesota. <br />PID 75-757-0205 <br />(the "Property") <br />A copy of all documents relating to the proposed sale of the Property will be on file and available for <br />inspection at City Hall during regular business hours. <br />Any person wishing to express an opinion on the matters to be considered at the public hearing will be <br />heard. PLEASE NOTE, due to COVID-19, the public hearing may be conducted via telephone or other <br />electronic means as allowed under Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.021.
