<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. .2.ll=1.5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ARTICLE VI, SECTION 8 <br />OF THE SHERBURNE/WRIGHT COUNTY CABLE COMMUNICATIONS <br />COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River , (hereinafter "City") <br />is an existing member of the Sherburne/Wright County <br />Cable Communications Commission (hereinafter <br />"Commission"): and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has recommended an amendment to the <br />Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the Administration <br />of a Cable Communications System (hereinafter <br />"Agreement") relating to the voting procedures of the <br />Commission: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City believes it to be in its best interest to <br />amend the Agreement as recommended by Commission. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />Folk River amends the existing Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Article VI, Section 8, is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 8. All official actions of the Commission <br />must receive a majority of all authorized votes <br />cast on that issue at a duly constituted meeting of <br />the Commission and the affirmative vote of five <br />directors. <br /> <br />A motion to adopt the above Resolution was made <br />by Ht=lrnl n nnbel and seconded by Roqer HOlmqren <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted in favor: <br />Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Dobel, Holmgren, Schuldt, and Kropuenske <br /> <br />The fOllowing Council Members voted against or abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
