Economic Development Authority Minutes <br />Jtne 29,2020 <br />Page 2 <br />purcuant to Covid-l9 Small Business Emergency Mictoloan Program fot <br />Pyramid Fitness Group, LLC dba/Anytime Fitness. <br />Motion caffied 6-0 with Chait Tveite abstaining. <br />Moved by Commissionet Christianson and seconded by Commissionet <br />Westgaard to adopt Resolution 20-05 apptoving loan agteement and related <br />documents pursuant to Covid-l9 Small Business Emetgency Mictoloan <br />Progtam for Chow Mixed Grill and BBQ, LLC. <br />Motion carried 6-0 with Commissioner Ovall abstaining as his wife wotks fot <br />Chow. <br />Moved by Commissioner Christianson and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wagner to adopt Resolution 20-06 approving loan agreement and telated <br />documents pursuant to Covid-l9 Small Business Emetgency Microloan <br />Program for Daddy O's Caf6Inc. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissionet Wagner <br />to adopt Resolution 20-07 approving loan agteement and telated documents <br />pursuant to Covid-l9 Small Business Emetgency Microloan Program fot <br />Inspire Studio, LLC. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />4. Administration of COVID- l9 Small Business Emergency Loan <br />Program <br />Ms. Othoudt presented the staff tePort. <br />Commissioner Ovall stated this is consistent with what he expected so action could <br />be taken quickiy to help businesses. <br />Commisioner STagner questioned if there is an opporn-rnity for an applicant to <br />appeal. <br />Ms. Othoudt stated yes. <br />Chair Tveite stated the Open Forum process is available also. He asked thete be a <br />report to the Authority on a monthly basis in a generic manner so businesses <br />wouldn't be called out. <br />Moved by Commissioner Westgaard and seconded by Commissioner Hartrwig <br />to adopt Resolution 20-08 relating to Covid-l9 Small Business Emetgency <br />?0ttRtt tt <br />-
