Planning Commission Page 3 <br /> August 24,2020 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> Commissioner Johnson stated it sounded like the applicants were open to <br /> accommodating what the ordinance requires and felt they could get created on how <br /> they would use the site over time and while expanding, but wanted to ensure they <br /> weren't impeded by the requirements and were able to grow into their plans. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Rydberg <br /> to recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit to operate a tap room <br /> and continue brewery operations at 19050 Industrial Blvd. with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Conditional Use Permit shall not be recorded until the city <br /> building official and fire marshal have inspected, and approved, the <br /> building for compliance with all state and local building codes. <br /> 2. No more than 20,000 barrels of its own brands of malt liquor may be <br /> brewed annually. <br /> 3. A minimum of 69 parking stall shall be provided on the subject <br /> property. <br /> 4. A single outdoor patio location exhibit shall be submitted and <br /> approved by city staff. <br /> 5. The outdoor patio area shall be delineated with a permanent fence. <br /> 6. Expansion of the tap room and/or the microbrewery will require an <br /> amendment to the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> S.
