§ 14.3.2.1 The Construction Manager shall provide bonds as set forth in AIA Document A133Tm--2019 Exhibit B, and elsewhere in the Contract Documents. § 14.4 Notice in electronic format, pursuant to Article 1 of AIA Document A201-2017, may be given in accordance with AIA Document E203Tm-2013, Building Information Modeling and Digital Data Exhibit, if completed, or as otherwise set forth below: (If other than in accordance with AIA Document E2032013, insert requirements for delivering notice in electronic format such as name, title, and email address of the recipient and whether and how the system will be required to generate a read receipt for the transmission.) § 14.5 Insurance Required by the Owner The Owner property insurance shall be in accordance with Section 11.2 of A201-2017. § 14.6 Performance Bond and Payment Bond § 14.6.1 The Construction Manager shall furnish bonds covering faithful performance of the Construction Manager's Contract that, upon assignment by Owner to Construction Manager of the Prime Contractor contracts for the Work, provides a performance bond for 100% of the Work and payment of obligations arising thereunder. Bonds may be obtained through the Construction Manager's usual source and the cost thereof shall be included in the Cost of the Work. § 14.6.2 The Construction Manager shall obtain performance and payment bonds from all Subcontractors' covering the full value of the work, naming the Owner as co -beneficiary. ARTICLE 15 SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT § 15.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Owner and the Construction Manager and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral.
