Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have been <br />inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and policies. <br /> <br />Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development <br />agreement. Staff recommends formal acceptance as of August 10, 2020.
