The proposed subdivision is consistent with the honing regulations (article VI of this chapter) and conforms in all <br /> respects with all requirements of this Code, including the honing regulations and this article. <br /> The proposed subdivision provides the required frontage on a public street but does not provide <br /> direct access to Zane Street. The required ingress/egress easement addresses this concern. The <br /> area is also regulated by a PUD agreement, separate from the city's standard zoning ordinances. <br /> 2.
