IAG was started to <br />exclusively service the commercial real estate needs of end -users such as the City of Elk River. Our <br />specific focus avoids the institutional listing and management conflicts that reside within our larger <br />national competitors. <br />IAG Commercial was started in July of 2009 with one driving focus: to supplement the commercial real <br />estate needs of our end -user clients who do not regard real estate as their core business. Our exclusive <br />focus helps clients plan, define and deliver on a commercial real estate strategy that complements their <br />business plan. The agreed upon strategies are delivered through our services: leasing or buying <br />buildings, disposing of excess real estate, developing new buildings or overseeing construction through <br />our project management services. <br />Amongst our proposed team we have more than 60 years of experience in commercial real estate. We <br />are "experienced" in advisory planning, brokerage and development services. Our presented team is the <br />same team that has been involved with our case studies and will be responsible for delivering services to <br />the City of Elk River. We have consistently been recognized as market leaders over our careers. We have <br />advanced degrees as well as multiple professional certificates and leadership experiences in our industry. <br />We have successfully disposed of excess real estate for our clients, large and small.
