Council amended city ordinance so that if an establishment is required to cease operations for more <br />than two months, the amount due for future installments shall be reduced by the number of additional months <br />operations ceased. <br />Licensees have not completely ceased operations but have been shut down to 50% capacity for indoor dining. <br />Financial Impact <br />Revenue loss from the previous two -month refund decreased licensing revenue by $12,483.52. The additional <br />three months would be a loss of $18,725.28. <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />One of Council's value statements is to nurture resourcefulness to leverage strengths and drive community <br />prosperity.
