<br />Request for Action <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />To Item Number <br />Mayor and City Council 4.7 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent September 8, 2020 Ron Nierenhausen, Chief of Police <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Police Department Vehicle Purchases Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Approve, by motion, the purchase of four 2020 Hybrid Ford Police Interceptor SUV’s and authorize the set-up <br />and equipping of the vehicles. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Three Ford Police Interceptor SUVs for the Patrol Division were scheduled for replacement and budgeted for in <br />the Equipment Replacement Fund.
