Public Works Director <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />169 Redefine Municipal Consent Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Grant, by resolution, municipal consent to MnDOT for the layout proposed as part of the 169 Redefine project <br />(S.P. 7106-87). <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The layout being considered for approval with this item is the same as presented at the Public Hearing held on <br />August 17, 2020. <br /> <br />Final design work for the 169 Redefine project is just starting, and construction is expected to begin late 2022 run <br />through the 2024 construction season. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Total city obligations towards the 169 Redefine project is estimated at $3 million plus any aesthetic elements that <br />exceed MnDOT cost obligations for those treatments.
