MW IF] <br />EAST METRO PUBLIC 5"Uff <br />TRAIN ING FACILITY <br />December 1, 2016 <br />Subject: Letter of Recommendation for TERRA GENERAL CONTRACTORS <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />As Chairman of Board of the East Metro Public Safety Training Facility (EMPSTF) I had <br />the opportunity to work with Terra General Contractors on two different phases of <br />construction of the facility. <br />In both project phases I was impressed by Terra's ability to complete all work on time, and <br />to stay on budget. The work was always thorough and complete. There were very easy to <br />work with regarding any changes or problems that occurred during the course of <br />construction, and worked with us to insure we were satisfied with the outcomes. <br />Overall, Terra and project manager Ben Newlin did and outstanding job representing our <br />interests and making sure we had a quality project that was completed on time, and within <br />budget.
