PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />This project included construction of a new two-story facility that houses <br />five apparatus bays, offices, and lounge and support space for the fire <br />department. A clock tower was also built in the center of the structure with <br />large windows that bring natural light into the station. The fire station was <br />built after the City of Eagan selected to change their fire department from a <br />paid on -call model to a duty crew model where several volunteer firefighters <br />work dedicated shifts to allow response to more minor calls the department <br />receives as well.
