<br />Summary <br />Copart is experiencing rapid growth of new business in the region and is looking <br />at expanding their Facility as soon as possible. The Elk River area and the above <br />referenced parcels have been identified as a location. Further, Copart would like to <br />pursue the above referenced land swap with the City of Elk River to better accommodate <br />the future expansion and layout of the athletic fields, as well as, for a more efficient <br />layout for Copart’s operations. Copart is requesting approval of the land swap and <br />approval of this amendment to the previously approved Conditional Use Permit and <br />development plans. <br />
