Notice is hereby given that Affidavits of Candidacy a:av be filed by any parson eligible to hold the office of councilman or mayor of the new City of Elk River with the' Acting Clerk For Election Purposes, Charles Savela, at the Elk River City Hall, Elk River, Minnesota, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The first day to file Affidavits of Candidacy is November 22, 1977 and the last clay to so file is December 6, 1977.
