<br /> <br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 20-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing A <br />Master Subscriber Agreement For Minnesota Court Data Services <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Data Services involve a one-way or two-way transmission of information <br />between parties, some of which may include court information that is not accessible to the <br />public and may not be disclosed by the City of Elk River (City) without prior approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to use one or more Court Data Services offered by the <br />Minnesota State Court Services (Court) to assist in the efficient performance of its <br />governmental duties as required or authorized by law or court rules; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Court desires to provide Data Services to the City to assist the Court in <br />the efficient performance of its duties or authorized by law or court rules; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both parties desire to enter into a Master Subscriber Agreement for State of <br />Minnesota Court Data Services to accomplish the above referenced goals. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: that upon approval of the Master Subscriber Agreement for <br />Court Data Services by the Court, the City of Elk River may enter into an agreement with <br />the Minnesota State Court Services for the above-referenced agreement and the City of Elk <br />River Police Chief is hereby authorized to execute such agreements, and amendments <br />thereto, as necessary to implement this program on behalf of the City of Elk River. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 3rd day of August 2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
