Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the EDA Beautification Committee <br /> was called to order at 10:04 a.m. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Motion by Bakken and seconded by Hardin to approve the agenda. Motion carried <br /> 5-0. <br /> 3.0 Consent Agenda <br /> Motion by Magnussen and seconded by McCormick to approve the consent agenda. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 4.1 Review City Beautification Applications <br /> Atlas Staffing <br /> Ms. Eddy presented the application-and confirmed the nomination description. Members <br /> completed the judging rubric. <br /> Landmark Motel and Extended Stay <br /> Ms. Eddy presented the application and confirmed the nomination description. Members <br /> completed the judging rubric. <br /> Motion by McCormick and seconded by Magnussen to award Atlas Staffing the <br /> award for consistently maintaining their property in an attractive and well-kept <br /> manner. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Bakken and seconded by Magnussen to award Landmark Motel and <br /> Extended Stay with the award for making substantial improvements to the exterior of <br /> their building and/or landscape in the last year. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> The committee discussed revising the Award Policy and Judging Rubric. <br /> 5.1 Announcements <br />
