Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice.thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Joint Finance <br /> -,Committee was called to order at 7:40 a.m. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda . <br /> Motion by Toth and seconded by Eder to approve the July 31, 2018,Joint Finance <br /> Committee agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda , <br /> Motion by Hardin and seconded by Magnussen to approve the July 31,2018 Joint <br /> Finance Committee consent agenda: <br /> 3.1. June 26,2018 Joint Finance Committee meeting minutes <br /> 3.2. Revolving Loan Fund Balance report. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 4.1 Energy Efficiency Microloan Application for Ralphie's Minnoco <br /> Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. Members discussed various aspects of the <br /> application. Member Ovall abstained in the discussion and the vote as Brian Brehmer is a <br /> customer of the Bank of Elk River. <br /> Motion by Provo and seconded by Magnussen to recommend approval of the Energy <br /> Efficiency Microloan Application for Ralphie's Minnoco, as outlined in the staff <br /> report. <br /> . • . .
