Call Meeting to Order <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Joint Finance <br /> Committee was called to order by Dan Tveite at 7:34 a.m. <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> Motion by Eder and seconded by Blesener to approve the June 15,2020,Joint <br /> Finance Committee agenda. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> 3. Consent Agenda <br /> Motion by Blesener and`seconded by Eder to approve the May 26, 2020 Joint Finance <br /> Committee'meeting minutes with the following change: <br /> Charlie Blesener attended the May 26, 2020 meeting. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> • <br /> 4.1 COVID-I9 Small Business Emergency Microloan Applications <br /> Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report and explained the application and microloan criteria. <br /> Ms. Othoudt stated she received 12 inquiries, 7 applications (2 applicants did not qualify per <br /> Executive Orders 20-04 and 20-08) and four submitted complete applications. <br /> The commission discussed the following four applications: <br /> 1. Pyramid Fitness Group,LLC dba Anytime Fitness <br /> a. Requested $20,000 Microloan and$5,000 Property Tax Relief <br />
