City of <br /> Elk <br /> ^--� City of Elk River <br /> River Planning Commission <br /> Resolution 20-01 <br /> A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Elk River Finding <br /> that a Land Exchange of Real Property is Consistent with the City of Elk <br /> River Comprehensive Plan <br /> WHEREAS, the City,of Elk River "City," has agreed to terms with Copart of Connecticut <br /> "Applicant" for the exchange of property,in the Cascade Industrial Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City,would acquire approximately 15.25 acres of land from the Applicant <br /> and the City,would deed approximately 12.5 acres of land to the Applicant, as is depicted in <br /> Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS, the land exchanged will improve the development potential of city,owned <br /> property,,including the planned future expansion of the Youth Athletic Complex; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minn.
