Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> Chair Larson-Vito asked about clarification of condition #4 and asked about how to <br /> require the invisible fence remains in place. <br /> Mr. Leeseberg indicated the applicant has an invisible fence. He stated the city does <br /> not require properties to have a fence. <br /> Commissioner Thiel asked about the definition of potentially dangerous or <br /> dangerous dog as he lives in this neighborhood and while he walks by this house <br /> daily he didn't realize they had dogs but to him a rottweiler would be considered a <br /> potentially dangerous animal. <br /> Commissioner Beise explained the ordinance definition of potentially or dangerous <br /> animals, noting they attack aggressively and their defined based upon their behavior <br /> and not breed specific. <br /> �r},�,aVgwEe'fE'o ReEr <br /> A " <br />
