Virtual Meeting of the <br />Elk River Board of Adjustments <br />Held at Elk River City Hall <br />Tuesday, April 28, 2020 <br />(Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic) <br />Members Present: Chair Eric Johnson, Commissioners Perry Beise, Alexander Feinstein, <br />John Jordan, Jill Larson -Vito, Robert Rydberg, and Brad Thiel <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Councilmember Nate Ovall <br />Staff Present: Planning Manager Zack Carlton, Senior Planner Chris Leeseberg, and <br />Sr. Admin. Assistant/Recording Secretary Jennifer Green <br />I . Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Board of <br />Adjustments was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Johnson. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Roll call was taken. <br />3. Consider April 28, 2020, Board of Adjustments Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson -Vito and seconded by Commissioner <br />Feinstein to approve the April 28, 2020, Board of Adjustments agenda. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />4. Consider December 17, 2019, Board of Adjustments Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Larson -Vito and seconded by Commissioner <br />Feinstein to approve the December 17, 2019, Board of Adjustments minutes. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />5.1 Robert Jahn — 181 1 1 Concord St. NW <br />■ 5' Front Yard Setback Variance, Case No. V 20-01 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. He provided the public with contact <br />information either via email or phone for comments or questions regarding this <br />request. <br />
