2 <br /> <br />Ocean, Life <br /> <br />Ocean, Life grew out of a commission to create <br />the inaugural sculpture for a new sculpture park <br />for Midwest Special Services, a school for <br />Special Needs adults. <br /> <br />We began with poetry workshops and then <br />painting. Both informed the final design with its <br />distinctive deep blue patination. <br /> <br />The sculpture was also fabricated on-site, as <br />seen below, so that students could watch the <br />progress of their piece. <br /> <br />For more information: themilliganstudio.com
