Standard for Review <br />■ The vacation of public rights -of -way must be in the "public <br />interest" as determined by the City Council. <br />■ As there are planned improvements at this intersection requiring <br />expansion of the existing footprint, staff does not believe <br />complete vacation of the existing R/W is in the public interest. <br />
