EST.191 <br />PEARLEOOVISION" Pearle Vision - Gary Tonsager <br />Elk River, MN <br />Specific Concerns: <br />➢ Parking: A building of this size requires 150 parking <br />spaces, present plan shows 120 (2-spaces for each unit). <br />Where do visitors park when they visit? <br />➢ Difficult Parking Lot Access: There are two driveway <br />entrances shown into the parking lot. One from the <br />feeder road between the Daycare and the proposed <br />Apartment. The other that goes directly through my <br />parking lot, near the front doors of both Pearle Vision <br />and The Noble Quitter. Driveway access here to the <br />proposed Apartment here would be a hazard and is <br />unacceptable. Our customer's safety is paramount. <br />
