Briggs <br />Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Elk River, County of Sherburne, State of Minnesota, being in <br />th <br />regular session on the 5 day of April, 1948, 5 members being present, Councilman Ellingson <br />offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />That Whereas, the Village of Elk River is the owner of a certain tract of land situated in the County <br />of Sherburne and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East Ten (10) feet of the West Seventy (70) feet of the South Sixty (60) feet of Lot Nine (9), <br />Block Two (2) in the Village of Elk River; and <br /> <br />
