City Council Minutes <br />May 18, 2020 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Page 3 <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz continued the public hearing. <br />Mayor Dietz stated he previously met with the applicant and encouraged them to <br />hold neighborhood meetings. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to continue the public hearing to June 1, 2020. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.2 Tall Pines Second Addition <br />a. Zone Change: Business Park to Planned Unit Development <br />b. Preliminary Plat: Townhome Development <br />C. Conditional Use Permit: Planned Unit Development. <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. Portner read various public comments into the record as added to the staff <br />report. <br />Mayor Dietz continued the public hearing. <br />Mr. Carlton stated he received additional comments and will include them in the <br />June 1 Council packet. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to continue the public hearing to June 1, 2020. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.3 Conditional Use Permit: Installation of Four 30,000-Gallon Chemical <br />Storage Tanks, Beaudry Oil & Propane <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Councilmember Ovall noted a conflict of interest and would abstain from comment. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to approve Conditional Use Permit, Case No. CU 20-06 with the <br />following conditions: <br />1.
