❑ Ability to positively engage the public in way that build constituent use and ownership of <br />rentals and public facilities. <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />❑ Bachelor's degree in Park and Recreation Administration, Business Management, or related <br />field. <br />❑ Five years progressively responsible experience in the field of facility management and/or <br />parks and recreation. <br />❑ Three years supervisory experience. <br />❑ Valid driver's license and good driving record. <br />Preferred Qualifications <br />❑ Master's degree in Park and Recreation Administration or related field. <br />❑ National Recreation and Park Association Certified Parks and Recreation Professional <br />(CPRP). <br />This Position Description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
